8-10 lbs of all the cuts that go great on the smoker, along with 10-12 lbs of hamburger! These will also be excellent oven roasted, in the crock pot or Dutch oven.

Each box will include a variety of sirloin tip roast, chuck roast, top and bottom round roast, short ribs and burger.

Sirloin tip roast is the most tender and best served medium-rare. The other roasts are great served at smoked to 200* with BBQ fixings. Short ribs are delicious and fall off the bone smoked to 200*.
